• There is no communication response from Synergy Psychiatric Mental Health through this website.
• Synergy Psychiatric Mental Health management and staff will strive to provide responses within 3 business days to communication messages submitted through the Contact Us page of this website if a response is requested, have a question or need for clarification.

• Potential communication fees may apply and are subject to the user’s communication plan and services.
• Frequency of communication varies depending on the situation at hand.
• The SimplePractice platform has the ability to send email communications, but those consents and permissions are given through the SimplePractice website.
• Electronic communications are not able to be 100% secure and are always at risk for communication or information leak; Synergy Psychiatric Mental Health would not be responsible for communication/information leaks through communication methods provided and shall not be held liable. The user shall ensure that accurate information is provided and shall update means and preferences of communication timely.

TEXT MESSAGING: SMS, MMS 

• OPT-IN method: the user may opt-in to receive messages from Synergy Psychiatric Mental Health in various ways, to include but not limited to verbally, during a conversation, by submitting an online communication or form, by filling out a paper form, or by providing a telephone number in a communication submitted through the Contact Us page of this website.

Nevertheless, the user needs to remember that there is not any type of electronic communication that is 100% secure. The user shall also remember that Synergy Psychiatric Mental Health website has no access to any information provided within SimplePractice platform, therefore, the user needs to review the terms and practices from the SimplePractice website.
• The SimplePractice platform also has external messaging communication sent from the SimplePractice platform and received as SMS/MMS to mobile, but those consents and permissions are registered through the SimplePractice platform.
